An antiwar movement that fully utilizes the tele-communication and grassroots mass media potential of the internet to communicate and coordinate antiwar actions. Not only to talk about them but to coordinate transportation logistics, etc.

An antiwar movement that is inclusive of all various ideologies that are antiwar and all who are so impassioned in their opposition to the war that they are willing to suppress their desire to convert others with their ideology for the purpose of resisting the wholesale slaughter of innocents, opposing the idea of pre-emptive war etc. This movement must find a working medium between the traditional bastions of the antiwar movement, the university campus and the eclectic burrows of the metropolitan areas. The antiwar movement will be ineffective until it mobilizes the mainstream of this country.

The purpose of the antiwar movement is to communicate our impassioned opposition to the pre-emptive war plans of war mongers to both our fellow citizens and to the bureaucracies of the government itself.

To reach these ends, it is all about mass mobilization and mass communication. It is upon this ideal, that the war can perhaps be prevented or at least shortened according to our effectiveness as an antiwar movement.

That is an invaluable point: The length of the war, the duration of the military occupation that will ensue if the Pentagon is 'victorious' (think West Bank) wholly depends on the effectiveness of the antiwar movement. We know that unless there is public outcry, a government with as many resources and population as we do, can go on fighting a senseless war for years with out batting an eye. It is up to us, we can not afford to think of the antiwar movement as anything other than our accumulated struggles to reach that end.
